We manage an extensive network of associate consultants, coaches, trainers and project managers, which forms a key strand of our business. Their services are used to provide consultancy, learning development and delivery on a regular basis. Our diverse client base means that there are a broad range of opportunities for associates to be engaged in all kinds of subject matter areas.
We are currently looking to develop new partnerships with high-calibre associates who specialise in soft skills, accelerated learning, coaching and learning consultancy and have the skills and experience to offer excellent quality and value to our clients.
Our associates are selected for their ability to combine creative, dynamic and engaging presentation skills with sector experience, client-facing skills and an understanding of L&D best practice. Quality of service delivery to our clients is paramount and associates are continuously assessed against assignment deliverables and KnowledgePool core values.
