The relationship with our partners is truly a partnership - where there is benefit to the partner and to KnowledgePool as well as to our client. Our largest partner organisations are fully integrated with our online catalogue: providing regular automated updates to our online catalogue. Our supplier management team maintain regular contact with our partners, including formal reviews at set intervals.
